Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products (NFC cards, digital menus, etc.), we do not offer returns or refunds once production begins.

Exceptions:

  • If the product is damaged on arrival

  • If there is a printing or technical error on our side

In such cases, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
